Introduction to Tai Chi Chuan for Women

Performing Tai Chi motions daily improves health, balance and stamina as well as enhances concentration and coordination. Practice deep, lower lung breathing along with gentle movements that reduce the effects of stress on the body and lower blood pressure. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and nonslip stockings or practice barefoot. A $17 material fee payable to St. Cloud Karate & Tai Chi Instruction is due at the first class and includes a DVD for home practice.
