Quan Li K'an Karate (Beginner & Intermediate-Ages 7 & Up)

The beginner class will focus on the fundamentals of Karate which include kicking, punching and forms that are taught using a series of group exercises and interactive games. Students will learn basic Karate moves and personal self defense in a fun and fast paced environment with an emphasis on discipline and self confidence. Uniforms are encouraged to move up ranks but are not required to attend class. Please wear a mask. Enter door 3.
