Confidence, respect, self-discipline and self-defense are the four teaching principles of this program. Building physical fitness and coordination as well as exposing kids to Chinese culture and learning daily Chinese language and customs are also important parts of this class. Kids who emerge from this program will be changed for the better. Master Dee Ma is a graduate of Beijing University of Sports specializing in Chinese Martial Arts. She had nine years of intensive martial arts training before she went to the college. She has been teaching Martial Arts /Tai Chi since 1985. She was a certified national Kung Fu first class referee in China.
