NEW! DASH Sports Summer Athleticism camps provide participants with an overall athleticism building camp experience including speed training, agility, endurance, body control/balance, quickness, strength, power, and jumping. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall athletic performance. Campers should bring a water bottle, snack, sunscreen, and wear athletic shoes. Meet by the fields behind the school.
