This evening of hands-on cooking will provide you with the ideas, skills, recipes, and tasting samples for the following dishes: Root Vegetable Mash, Smoked Turkey with Smothered Kale, Swiss Char and Squash, Oven Roasted Vegetable Orzo with Herb Vinaigrette, and finally Sweet Corn sautéed with zucchini, onion, and chives. Bring a small container for leftovers. Enter door 1.
