Beginner & Intermediate Distance Running & Apollo Cross Country Practice (Grades 5-12)

Courses Youth / High School Summer Activities -
Summer 2025

This is a great way to learn about distance running and improve endurance in a fun, supportive environment. There will be opportunities for every level of runner, but no prior running experience is required. Practices will be in conjunction with the Apollo High School Cross Country Running team.

On Mondays and Wednesdays, we will start at Wilson Park. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays we will start at Apollo High School. Meet at door 11 @ Apollo.

Sign-up Options (participant limit of 18 participants who need transportation)

  • No transportation needed - FREE
  • Transportation Mondays and Wednesdays only (Apollo to Wilson Park) - $10
  • Full Transportation (Pick up/Drop off from Discovery, North, or YMCA) - $20
