Flow + Restore Yoga
NEW! You'll enjoy a flow class with a moderate pace and intensity with a focus on connecting breath with movement. The teachers prepare a sequence of postures that include a mix of stability, balance and mobility, linked with functional transitions and breath. There will be at least 10 minutes dedicated to meditation time (not including savasana), using various meditation techniques such as guided, visualization, or silent seated meditation with a slow, flowing sequence in the ambience of candlelight. Open to all levels of experience. Bring to class: yoga mat and water.

Code Championship Tournament Series: Virtual Computer Coding Competition (Grades 3-9)
Special Interest
Your child will build a computer bot to play head-to-head against other coders. Whether this is their first Code Championship event, or if you've been competing for years, this is the perfect way to explore the competitive coding world of Code Championship. No previous coding experience necessary. The Code Championship Series is a series of four tournaments in four weeks (it's ok to miss one or two). These tournaments will be hosted online using Google Meet and the Code Championship website. If you have a modern browser like Chrome or Firefox, no additional download is required. Participants should be able to navigate the internet (basic typing and mouse control). The link to the Google Meet event will be emailed two days before the tournament.

Experience Fall at the Como Zoo! You’ll visit the Conservatory which houses a variety of beautiful flowers and explore animal exhibits. What do you want for your future? What are your hopes and dreams? What makes you happy and brings you joy? This class will offer you the chance to create your own “dream board” by using a variety of art and craft materials. Dream Boards are a fun and creative way to motivate yourself in achieving your goals. Tuition includes all class materials, snacks and a beverage. DASH Basketball Tykes (Ages 2-7)

DASH Sports Basketball Tykes camps provide players with an introductory experience to the great game of basketball through fun skill-based drills and mini-games. Players will be taught how to properly dribble, pass, shoot, and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Bring to class: water bottle & wear athletic clothing & shoes. Basketballs are provided. Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group. Enter door 5.

DASH Sports Summer Flag Football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced daily, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with scrimmages/games the final day where players can showcase their skills. Athletes should wear sunscreen. Bring to class: water bottle, sunscreen, a peanut-free snack (spikes/cleats and mouthguards are optional). Flag belts and footballs are provided.

Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group.

DASH Sports Summer Jr. NBA basketball camps provide players with a well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly shoot, pass, dribble, and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Camp ends with scrimmages and games the final day where athletes can showcase their skills. Bring to class: water bottle and a nut-free snack. Basketballs are provided. Each participant will receive a custom Jr. NBA Jersey of their favorite team with their name and number printed on the back to keep. Enter door 5.

DASH MLS GO Soccer Mini League (Grades 1-5)

DASH Sports MLS GO Summer Soccer Mini-Leagues provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense) training and scrimmages and games. This camp consists of one day of skills training followed by 3 days of games (1 hour each). Athletes should wear sunscreen. Bring to class: water bottle and a nut-free snack (spikes and shin guards are optional). Soccer balls are provided. Each participant will receive an MLS GO uniform with registration consisting of a jersey, shorts, and socks.
