St. Cloud Area School District 742 Community Education

This is a beginner session that offers basic kayaking instruction to help participants learn and develop new skills. Class will begin at Clear Waters Outfitting before moving to the calm and scenic Warner Lake that is perfect for beginners. All participants must sign a waiver and children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 need waiver signed by parent. No lifeguard will be present. All equipment will be supplied by Clear Waters Outfitting.

If you are new to Kayaking or want to improve your skills, this 6-hour beginner course offers professional kayaking instruction to help participants develop new skills and feel confident on the water. Class will begin at Clear Waters Outfitting before moving to the calm and scenic Warner Lake that is perfect for beginners. Be prepared to get in the water. All participants must sign a waiver and children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 need waiver signed by parent. No lifeguard will be present. Stand Up Paddle Boarders will improve their skills in this beginner course with both on-land and on-water instruction. Class will take place at Warner Lake, a non-motorized lake that is perfect for beginners. Come prepared to get wet and have fun! All participants must sign a waiver and children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 need waiver signed by parent. No lifeguard will be present. All equipment will be supplied by Clear Waters Outfitting. Meet at Warner Lake boat launch.
