Some may even enjoy a "fallasana pose," also known as "falling into the water pose" - and that is part of the fun! Come have a great time trying something new while stretching and exercising. Stand Up Paddle Boarding BasicsWellnessThis beginner-friendly session will offer both on-land and on-water instruction to those who are new to Stand Up Paddle boarding or want to improve their skills. The class will take place at Warner Lake, which is a small, non-motorized lake that is scenic and calm and is perfect for new learners. Come prepared to get wet and have fun! Price includes board, paddle, life jacket and instruction. All participants must sign a waiver and children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
