    NEW! Have you ever wondered what the Air Fryer Hype is about? Do you have one and want ideas about what to make in it besides fries or crisping up frozen processed foods? Are you thinking about purchasing one but would like to know more about it first? Well…this class may just answer all those questions for you! Have some fun participating in this virtual Air Fryer Demonstration and Partial Cook-Along class as we dive into the world of Air Frying! The instructor will demonstrate some family favorite recipes and invite participants to join in for one of them. The recipes that will be demonstrated include: homemade eggrolls wraps, pizza bites, seasoned potato wedges, and burgers! The cook-along recipe will be the instructors own Copycat KFC Chicken! All healthy, delicious recipes that will have your family coming back for more! Leftovers may just become a thing of the past! Participants of this class and all consumers of the instructors Copycat KFC say they think it’s BETTER than actual KFC! Try it for yourselves! The recipe is only available to those that register for this class. Make it a date night or family night as you create lasting memories in your kitchen! Have your questions answered by the instructor, interact with other participants, and increase your confidence in using your air fryer. While cooking-along is loads of fun, and highly recommended, it is optional. Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class to allow with enough time for shopping and preparation.     Cake pops are a great treat for kids, and now they can make their own! We’ll teach you how to combine just the right amount of cake crumbs and buttercream icing to create tasty cake pops in fun designs! You will learn to read a recipe & follow directions, how to melt candy melts and kitchen safety. At the end of this class you will bring home some beautifully decorated Cake Pops for your family!!     NEW! Have some fun participating in this virtual class! Learn how to make your own homemade Classic Pierogi with homemade dough and filling that will make your taste buds dance for joy! We will also be learning how to cook, and freeze these little dumplings that you can make ahead and store for a rainy day. No fancy equipment needed. Participants will receive a list of ingredients ahead of time to allow time for shopping and prep. Participants will also receive a professionally created PDF packet of the instructor’s personal recipes. This class will take place on Zoom or Microsoft TEAMS: free on-line software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting.   • Gingerbread House Bake & Build (youth with adult supervision)

    NEW! Have some fun participating in this LIVE virtual Family Fun BAKE-ALONG class, as you BAKE & BUILD your own GINGERBREAD HOUSE together! Start a new holiday family tradition and create lifelong memories as you bring your family together to create a show-stopping edible work of art! Together, we will combine the wonderful flavors of gingerbread and use the dough to create the pieces that will be used to “build” breathtaking houses, and make the stiff Royal Icing that will hold everything together and be used as the “glue” to decorate your houses with candies and delicious treats. Participants will a list of ingredients at least a week in advance of the class to allow time for shopping and preparation. Participants will also receive a template that will need to be printed and cut out before class to be used as a “pattern” to cut out the gingerbread before it is baked. We will be using the Instructor’s Gingerbread Recipe for these houses that she has tested time and time again to ensure the cookie pieces are delicious but strong enough to hold the weight of the frosting and decorations as well. Participants will receive this recipe and template in a professionally developed PDF packet. Instructions on how to prepare for the class will be included. It will be a very memorable night! This class will take place on Zoom, or on Microsoft TEAMS; free on-line software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting.   • Holiday Cookie Bake & Decorate! (youth with adult supervision)

    NEW! Are you looking to start or continue a holiday cookie baking and decorating tradition? Consider registering for this On-Line, Live, Family Fun Holiday Cookie Class for beginners. Gather your family for baking and decorating, or treat yourself to some quality personal fun time. Learn how to make Royal Icing and the basics for decorating cookies with it at home. Participants will be baking the cookies ahead of time so that they are ready to decorate at the start of class. A PDF with two of the instructors personal sugar cookie recipes, and a list of ingredients and supplies needed for the Royal Icing will be provided at least a week before the class, to provide time for shopping and baking. The recipes will include a soft and chewy sugar cookie, and a denser crisp sugar cookie. Participants can choose to bake one or the other or both using cookie cutters of choice. One of the instructor’s favorite holiday cookie cutter shapes is a gingerbread person. This is one shape that proves to be a lot of fun to decorate year after year and some time will definitely be spent on this in addition to other holiday shapes. No fancy decorating tips or bags will be needed. We will be using simple plastic sandwich bags to decorate. This class will take place on Zoom, or on Microsoft TEAMS; free on-line software.   • Holiday Copycat Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls & Hot Cocoa Bombs (youth with adult supervision)

Add two wonderful treats to your holiday celebration as you learn to create freshly baked homemade Cinnamon Rolls, and luscious, velvety Hot Cocoa Bombs! Make them for your family for a memorable holiday breakfast or wrap them up with bows and gift them to those you hold dear. Or better yet, create memories by starting a new holiday tradition as you learn to make these delicious treats with your children or significant others. After keeping her Copycat Cinnabon (Cinnamon Roll) recipe a secret for MANY years, the instructor has decided to share it for the first time with those that register fort his class! She has often been told that her rolls are considered BETTER than actual Cinnabon rolls. You will love these pillowy, warm, luscious, gooey, rolls topped with a cream-cheese frosting. Also, if interested, learn how to create a wonderful winter treat known as Hot Cocoa Bombs as the cinnamon rolls are rising! Cocoa Bombs make for a wonderful treat in front of a warm fire during the cold Minnesota Winter or any time of year. NOTE Equipment needs at the end of the post.   • Pizzas with PIZZAZZ! Detroit-Style Pan Pizza & Pizza Party Fun! (youth with adult supervision)

    NEW! Have some fun participating in this virtual Pizza COOK-ALONG class! Learn how to make your own homemade PIZZAS with PIZZAZZ using wonderful homemade dough a variety of ways! Experience the rave reviews from previous participants of the instructor’s pizza classes yourself as you learn how to make your own pizzas with her step-by-step instruction. On the Pizza Menu for this class: Family Fun Pizza Boats, Pizza Party Pizza Twists, the very popular DETROIT-STYLE Pan Pizza, and an OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD Pizza Sauce. THREE homemade pizza crusts will be used to create the pizza options for the class. The instructor will provide Step-by-step guidance and instruction help to ensure the process is a simple as can be. Participants can personalize their pizzas with pizzazz with toppings of their choosing. All recipes have been created by the instructor, and tested time and time again over the years, to ensure maximum flavor and ease. Choose which ones you would like to make and watch a demonstration of the others or if you feel up to it, make them all! Participants will receive the instructor’s personal recipe for one of the dough recipes ahead of time as it needs time to proof before the start of class.
