Flow + Restore Yoga
NEW! You'll enjoy a flow class with a moderate pace and intensity with a focus on connecting breath with movement. The teachers prepare a sequence of postures that include a mix of stability, balance and mobility, linked with functional transitions and breath. There will be at least 10 minutes dedicated to meditation time (not including savasana), using various meditation techniques such as guided, visualization, or silent seated meditation with a slow, flowing sequence in the ambience of candlelight. Open to all levels of experience. Bring to class: yoga mat and water.

The American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid program helps you recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, automated external defibrillator (AED), breathing and first aid emergencies in adults, children and infants. This program will teach you the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. Upon successful completion, you'll receive an American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid certification card that is valid for two years. Enter door 1.

Adult lessons are a perfect balance for the beginner golfer and those who want to review the basics or brush up on their game. You will learn the proper grips, stance, club selection, chipping, putting, full swing, common rules and course etiquette. Beginner Kung Fu
Explore the ancient art of Kung Fu, practiced as a form of exercise to improve mental concentration, stress relief, mobility, flexibility, and coordination. Students will start with basic Kung Fu training and progress to self-defense techniques such as striking, throwing, grappling, and take-down. Students will also learn prescribed routines at each technical level. About the Instructor: Master Dee Ma is a graduate of Beijing University of Sports specializing in Chinese Martial Arts. She had nine years of intensive martial arts training before she went to the college. She has been teaching Martial Arts /Tai Chi since 1985. She was a certified national Kung Fu first class referee in China.

Canoeing Basics
This beginner session offers basic instruction and experience to help participants learn how to canoe. Class will take place at the calm and scenic waters of Warner Lake that is perfect for beginners. You can sign up with a partner or be paired with another paddler. All participants must sign a waiver and children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 need waiver signed by parent. No lifeguard will be present.
