NEW! Experience the calming and restorative benefits of Tai Chi in this beginner-friendly class. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi combines gentle, flowing movements with mindful breathing to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. You’ll learn foundational forms and principles with a focus on posture, breath, and smooth transitions. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve coordination, or explore a new way to move mindfully, this class offers a supportive space for all ages and fitness levels.
About the instructor Randy has over 30 years of Tai Chi experience and has trained in both the Yang 24 (Simplified Form) and the 48 Forms, which draws from four major Tai Chi styles and was created to promote practice and accessibility. What began as a personal effort to manage stress has become a lifelong pursuit of mindfulness, health, and balance. Randy looks forward to sharing the benefits of Tai Chi and widening the circle of those who practice.
