Kickboxing & Boxing for Youth (Ages 7-15)
Health & Fitness
Your child will learn two skills at once with fitness kickboxing & boxing combined. This one-hour class is open to boys and girls of all skill levels from recreational, fitness, self-defense, as well as competitive. Participants will learn basic boxing/striking skills, proper kicking techniques, participate in conditioning drills, and also learning how to defend themselves. The skills taught can serve as a base for hand-eye coordination, footwork, and focus to use in other sports.

Swim 4 (Ages 5 & Up)
Aquatics
Participants will increase endurance, improve skills learned in Swim classes 1-3 while learning new skills. Safety topics include basic 1st aid, reaching assists and proper use of a lifejacket. Class limit: 6. At this introductory DASH sports camp, your child will learn how to properly dribble, pass, shoot, and play defense in an experiential and positive environment through fun, skill-based basketball drills and mini-games. DASH Sports Soccer Tykes camps provide players with an introductory experience to the game of soccer. Key elements of dribbling, passing, and shooting will be taught and practiced.
