Pilates & Yoga combines gentle yoga movements and mindful breathing techniques to help release stress and tension, along with effective Pilates exercises designed to strengthen and support your body. This blended practice increases flexibility, build core stability, and improves energy while safely isolating muscles without adding stress to the joints. Each class focuses on controlled movement, deep stretching, and balanced strength to leave you feeling refreshed, and energized. Bring to class: Yoga mat and water. Enter door 5.
