Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa flow yoga is a dynamic movement that uses a progressive series of postures accompanied by breathing exercises. Every movement flows into the next with a calm rhythm so you will feel stronger, centered and increased energy. This class is for all levels. Bring to class: yoga mat and water. Enter Door 5 at Westwood.
