3D Printing: Harry Potter-Themed (Grades 2-6)
Special Interest
Create a magical pendant and wand using TinkerCAD while building 3D design skills. Students will also enjoy Harry Potter–inspired challenges and design themed video games while waiting for their 3D prints to finish. One design will be printed and sent home. Babysitting Clinic (Ages 10-14)
Special Interest
At this babysitting class, your child will learn how to keep other children safe, handle difficult behaviors, change diapers, feed a baby, and more. They'll also learn the basics of first aid and talk about how to handle emergency situations. Students will not be officially certified in CPR or First Aid with this class. Bring to class: a nut-free lunch and water bottle. About the instructor: Andria Kelley is a licensed Early Childhood and Special Education Teacher with experience teaching babysitting clinic for over 15 years. Enter door 1.

Chinese Immersion Camp (grades K-5)
Special Interest
The Chinese Immersion Program at Madison Elementary will offer a 3-day Chinese Immersion summer camp where students will engage in a variety of language and cultural activities, including Chinese language practice, music, art, dance, games, and martial arts. The camp focuses on helping students strengthen their Chinese skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing through fun, interactive experiences. Teachers will support beginners in developing basic conversational skills, while intermediate students will continue to expand their language skills through readings and engaging activities. Overall, the goal is for students to build confidence using Chinese and develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of Chinese culture. Enter Door 8.

In this fun and interactive STEM class, young learners will be introduced to the exciting world of coding—no computers required! Through games, movement, puzzles, and hands-on activities, children will learn the basics of coding like patterns, sequencing, and problem-solving. Fencing: Beginner and Beyond (ages 12 & up)
Special Interest
Fencing is a fun and intense sport that teaches quick reactions, excellent coordination and self-discipline. Whether you are a beginner or have taken this class before, you will learn simple and effective self-protection techniques with the sword including attacking and defense among other tactics. All equipment is provided (mask, jacket, glove and weapon). Wear comfortable clothing such as long sweat pants and running shoes. Enter door 4.

Granite City Jump Community Education Nights (ages 4-10)
Special Interest
Bring your child out to Granite City Jump for a bouncy good time. They’ll spend time jumping in a variety of bouncy houses and socializing with other kids. This is a great way to expend energy and get a good workout. Adults must accompany children and may jump with them. Arrive anytime between 4-6pm. Upon arrival, please check in with the front desk staff. Feel free to depart when you've had enough bouncing or stay until 8pm. All participants must wear socks. Guitar, Bass Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin, or Ukulele-Beginner, Intermediate or Beyond (Ages 6-17)
Special Interest
Is your child interested in music? Professional virtual instruction is being offered by Steve Cekalla's Guitar and Music School. This class offers a unique and fun approach for starters, but with the ability to teach styles, theory, and techniques to those with instrument experience. A stable internet connection, some internet savvy (ex. ability to screenshot/print screen), and access to a working printer is helpful. Participants should have their own instrument, but a limited amount of guitars are available. Please check before registering for availability. This Community Education package is for three virtual 30-minute group lessons. Only one lesson package per student. Your child's sessions will be scheduled in the month you registered for. Contact information will be given at the time of registration.
Winter 2026

Horse 3-Day Camp (Ages 6-15)

Your child will experience a mini-week long camp. Campers will get to experience everyday life at a barn including activities such as daily riding, learning how to braid manes and tails with ribbon, grooming and caring for the horses (including bathing) and feeding them at the end of the day. This is a great time for campers to spend time outdoors and build lasting friendships with fellow horse lovers in a structured and positive environment. Campers are divided into smaller groups of similar riding experience, which is perfect for both the new and more experienced riders. Riding takes about 1 hour per day in an arena with no trails and consists of learning how to steer, stop, turn, and walk/trot on their own. Campers will spend time on the ground with horses throughout the rest of the day. Camps are held rain or shine. There is an outdoor and indoor arena. Proper attire includes sneakers or boots (closed toe with a heel), long pants and layers, depending on weather. ASTM/SEI certified helmets provided and required to be worn. Signed waiver forms are required and the link will be emailed to participants once they have registered for the camp. Bring to class: sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, nut-free snack and lunch. Camp is located in Anoka, MN.

Bring to class: bug spray, sunscreen, water bottle, nut-free snack and lunch daily. Camp is located in Anoka, MN. NOTE: Drop-off is at 9 a.m. and pickup is 3 p.m. each day Monday through Friday (parents are not permitted to stay for the day). A “show” for the parents will be held on Friday of weeklong camp at 1:30 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to take pictures, watch your child ride, and meet the horse they worked with during the week!

If your child likes playing video games, they'll love designing them! Trained instructors will teach students how to program their own video games using an engaging program called Kodu. They'll create their own world, populate it with characters, and play the games they create during class. Jumpstart Your College Essay! (Grades 11 & 12)
Special Interest
Calling all rising seniors! Kickstart your college application process with this hands-on College Essay writing session. In this 2-hour timeframe, you'll gain expert guidance on brainstorming, structuring, and writing a standout college essay. Bring to class: A device to draft essay. Paper provided if no access to device. Participants will discover what admissions officers are looking for, learn strategies to craft a compelling personal story, receive personalized feedback to strengthen your writing, and walk away having brainstormed, drafted, and created a clear plan for next steps. Bonus: Each participant will receive a 30-minute virtual follow-up session for additional guidance or questions. Led by Lindsay Kehl, an experienced college counselor with over 19 years of guiding students through the college application process, this workshop is designed to reduce stress and help you feel confident about your essay. Math + Fun = Mathnasium! (Grades 2 & Up)

Join us for an afternoon of FUN and MATH! (Yes, they can coexist!) Mathnasium of St. Cloud and their team are welcoming students grades 2nd and up to their learning center to have an afternoon of learning and fun. Staff and students will work on practicing and/or learning a new skill, then playing a group math game together towards the end. The goal is to help kids learn math, and also learn that math is not as scary as they think!
