Let loose your inner ROCK STAR in this drumming fitness class. Using an exercise ball, bucket, and drumsticks as workout equipment, you'll experience a workout that combines a traditional program with music and rhythm. Following the exercise portion, you'll learn about personal wellness techniques to help you be your best. Wheelchair accessible. Enter door 1.
