Registration for ARISE program
Girls are introduced to the aspects of Okinawa Karate in this 'hands on' course. You'll study the basics of punching, kicking, and striking with drills for balance, stability and body strength. You'll also learn how the bones of the body work and gain understanding about life principles such as self-discipline, awareness of your surroundings, appreciation of group gathering and courtesy.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and practice is done barefoot.
