Registration for ARISE program
This 75-minute class offers a thoughtful blend of flow and somatic movement, inviting students to slow down and move with intention. The flow portion is steady and accessible, linking breath with a sequence of postures that build stability, balance, and mobility through smooth, mindful transitions. Somatic movement brings a softer, more internal focus. Through small, gentle movements and guided awareness, students begin to notice and release patterns of tension held in the body and mind, supporting greater ease and nervous system balance. Open to all levels, this class is ideal for anyone looking to move more slowly, reduce stress, and reconnect with their body in a supportive, welcoming space. Bring to class: yoga mat and water.
