Registration for ARISE program
NEW! This class is designed for anyone seeking a slower-paced yoga practice that supports continued learning and growth. We will move at a measured pace, giving students time to explore how their bodies respond to each posture and learn to connect movement with breath. This class serves as a supportive supplement to other practices, helping to build confidence, coordination, and a deeper understanding of the intention behind the poses. Bring to class: yoga mats or towel and water bottle.
