Registration for ARISE program
NEW! Beat the heat and keep your kitchen cool while creating big, bold flavor in this online cook along-class! Participants will make Chef Tess' incredible Butter Chicken that is rich, seasoned, and melt-in-you-mouth tender thanks to the Instant Pot. Participants will also create soft, pillowy homemade naan to top off this quick, nutritious, economical summer meal. Equipment Needs: An Instant Pot or any other electric pressure cooker. A stand mixer with a dough hook attachment is recommended but optional as the naan can also be made by hand.
Participants will receive a list of ingredients five days prior to class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation. During class Chef Tess will guide participants through the steps and the full recipe will be sent out a few days after class.
