NEW! Bring vibrant Mediterranean flavors to your summertime gatherings with a beautiful Mezze, an assortment of small bites, dips, and sharable dishes that are perfect for your summer entertaining. In this online cooking class participants will learn to make a Kebabi, a full flavored, seasoned ground meat skewer with greek drizzle dressing, tiropitakia, as well as a phyllo wrapped savory cheese triangles accompanied by tzatziki, greek hummus, and homemade pita bread. Equipment Needs: A food processor or blender to make the humus and a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment for the pita bread.
Participants will receive a list of ingredients five days prior to class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation. During class Chef Tess will guide participants through the steps and the full recipe will be sent out a few days after class.
