NEW! My Path Coaching and Consulting offers family consulting and advocacy to support individuals and families in navigating services, planning for transitions, and accessing long-term supports. No matter where you are in your journey, My Path will empower you as an advocate for individuals with disabilities. We assist with community-based services, VRS, DHS waivers, benefits coaching, and understanding how employment impacts benefits. Our services include special education advocacy, IEP and evaluation review, transition planning from age 14 through adulthood, guidance on ages 18–22 programming, independent living and housing options, employment supports, and guardianship planning.
