Pilates & Yoga Fusion combines the transformative elements of yoga and the six pilates principals to harmoniously build and strengthen the mind/body connection from the inside out. PY Fusion utilizes body weight training, light weights, and pilates balls to give you a full-body workout that builds lean muscle, improves your flexibility and strengthens your core. Classes are heated with infrared heat to 95 degrees.
