Registration for ARISE program
NEW! Chair Cardio and Strength is a low-impact, seated workout designed to help improve circulation, heart health, and strengthen muscles without joint strain. Participants will move through a variety of exercises including seated marching, jacks, arm reaches, and core work for a well-rounded, full-body workout. Options to incorporate light weights allow you to adjust the intensity to match your goals. This class is perfect for all fitness levels and those with mobility limitations looking for an engaging and effective workout. Enter Door 1.
Carrie Ohnstad has been instructing yoga and fitness classes for over 28 years at yoga studios and fitness centers within the Twin Cities and St. Cloud area. Carrie also has a black belt in Taekwondo and loves dark chocolate, and writing. She looks forward to growing classes in the community and meeting her new participants.
