NEW! Enjoy a fulfilling mind, breath, and body experience in this yoga class that blends flowing vinyasas with slower, intentional asanas. As breath and movement come together, we will focus on building strength, balance, flexibility, and proper body alignment. Whether you are new or are a seasoned yogi, this class is welcoming to all levels of experience. Bring to class: yoga mat and water bottle. Enter door 1.
Carrie Ohnstad has been instructing yoga and fitness classes for over 28 years at yoga studios and fitness centers within the Twin Cities and St. Cloud area. Carrie also has a black belt in Taekwondo and loves dark chocolate, and writing. She looks forward to growing classes in the community and meeting her new participants.
