Beginner & Intermediate Distance Running & Apollo Cross Country Practice (Grades 5-12)

This is a great way to learn about distance running and improve endurance in a fun, supportive environment. There will be opportunities for every level of runner, but no prior running experience is required. Practices will be in conjunction with the Apollo High School Cross Country Running team.

Monday - Thursday: June 22-25, June 29-July 2

7:30am - 9:00am

On Mondays and Wednesdays, we will start at Apollo High School. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, we will start at Wilson Park, and Fridays we will start at Apollo High School. Meet at door 11 @ Apollo.
