Registration for ARISE program
The Tech Power Strength and Conditioning Program is designed to develop EXPLOSIVE speed and strength. We incorporate Olympic weight movements, circuit training, plyometrics, and dynamic speed development to monitor and track your athlete’s growth and development.
Sessions will run from 8:00-10:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays.
Our start date is June 2nd and our last day is August 6th. There will be no programming during the MSHSL Dead Period, the week of July 6-10. If you have any questions, or would like to inquire about scholarship opportunities, please contact Community Education.
Bring to workouts: athletic shoes and PLENTY OF WATER.
