Registration for ARISE program
NEW! Create a meaningful handmade piece of art while learning the foundations of knitting. Participants will be guided through the essential techniques like casting on, knit stitches, purl, and shaping, as they create a beautiful red remembrance poppy. This project can be completed during class and is a great introduction to knitting and building skills while making something special and meaningful. All materials are provided for use during class. Beginners or those with previous experience who want to brush up their skills are welcome. Enter door 1.
Trudy Powell of Yellow Brick Knits online is an adventurous lifelong knitter who loves to travel and explore what the world has to offer in regards to knitting. Based out of her historic yellow brick house in St. Cloud, Trudy is accomplished in knitting everything from lace to color work, and sweaters to shawls, looking for patterns that challenge her and force her to learn something new each time she picks up the needles. Trudy loves to help open up the world of knitting for her students so they too can learn to be adventurous and curious knitters.
