Summer Dance
Spend a memorable summer evening outside! Join friends for a night of great music and dancing with music provided by a DJ. Pre-registration is preferred. Walk-ins must be accompanied by staff with full name, address, phone number and class fee to register on site. The Summer Dance is generously co-sponsored by Arc Minnesota and the Bette Pollreis Memorial Fund. Tuition includes pizza, beverage, and entertainment.

You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your singing skills at this interactive class. We will have a microphone, speaker, and a laptop set up, so come with some songs in mind you want to sing to! Dancing shoes are optional. Afterward, singers will enjoy a root beer float. Enter door 1.

Hand-Pulled Noodles from Scratch
Food
NEW! Homemade hand-pulled noodles are both fun to create and surprisingly approachable. In this online cook-along class, participants will learn two different techniques for pulling noodles by hand while preparing two classic styles of Biang Biang noodles and Lamian noodles. Biang Biang noodles will be transformed into a bold noodle salad tossed in chili sauce, while Lamian noodles become a comforting miso noodle soup. Participants will receive a list of ingredients and the full recipe five days prior to class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation.

NEW! Homestyle Korean cuisine often features healthy vegetables and delicious harmonized sauces. In this online cook-along class, participants will prepare a flavorful chicken bulgogi bibimbap rice bowl accompanied by seasoned spinach and refreshing cucumber salad all brought together with a delicious house sauce and side of kimchi. The meal concludes with a a spiced peach dessert as well. Participants will receive a list of ingredients and the full recipe five days prior to class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation.

NEW! Angels Heavenly Treats is excited to offer a beginner-level Royal Icing Cookie Decorating Class, perfect for anyone brand new to cookie decorating. In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll learn the basics of royal icing from mixing, piping, flooding, and even adding simple decorative details. We'll decorate summer inspired cookies. Our expert instructor shares easy tips and tricks to help you build confidence and create cookies you’ll be proud to show off. Each participant will take home 4-6 beautifully decorated cookies in a treat box as well as the royal icing frosting recipe. No experience needed just come ready to have fun and get creative!
