This is intended for the Initial Contact form for the ARISE program. Please complete one form per child to be considered for ARISE. Important note! There is no charge for submitting this form, but you must complete the checkout to be enrolled. You must also receive a confirmation email upon checkout or your student will not be considered as a candidate for ARISE.

The American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid program helps you recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, automated external defibrillator (AED), breathing and first aid emergencies in adults, children and infants. This program will teach you the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. Upon successful completion, you'll receive an American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid certification card that is valid for two years. Enter door 1.

Do you love games? At this fun and interactive class, you'll learn board games beyond Monopoly, Life, and Risk. Join board game professional, Dawn Marinaro, who has been teaching games for over 20 years and learn to play some of the best modern games that will be a hit at your next gathering with friends and family. 1304-24F1 (New Releases) October's classes feature two of the best new releases: October 8th: After Us - Do you have what it takes to rebuild society, and can you do it with a tribe of apes? October 22nd: Wandering Towers - Can you get all of your wizards safely into the tower before it wanders away? (GAMA 2024 Gateway Game of the Year) 1304-24F2 (Cooperative) November's classes feature cooperative games where you work together as a team: November 5th: Astro Knights - Making the universe safer, one bad guy at a time! November 19th: Dresden Files - Based on the books by Jim Butcher, can you solve the mystery before Dresden's luck runs out? 1304-24F3 (Party Games) December's classes feature fun party games with simple rules and maximum social interaction: December 3rd: Outrun the Bear - You don't have to outrun the bear; you just have to outrun your friends! Flapjack & Sasquatches: The Dice Game - Use the Sasquatch dice and push your luck! December 17th: Cross Clues - Think carefully about your single word clues to fill the grid! 5 Minute Dungeon - You have five chaotic minutes to defeat dungeon monsters! 1304-24F4 (Escape Room) January's class features escape room style games: January 7th: Unlock - Search scenes for clues to solve your objective!

These sessions are open to both men and women whether competing or just wanting to learn the basic fundamentals of boxing. Headgear and gloves are provided to practice. You will need to purchase a mouth guard and hand wraps. If you are interested in competing, information will be available for participants at class.

Don’t miss a chance to play a holiday bowling game. Players receive printed Christmas tree bowling sheets with bowling terms on printed ornaments. When you get four ornaments in a row during the game, it’s your turn to pick a prize! Tuition includes two games of bowling, shoes and prizes.

NEW! Create a food fiesta from home via Zoom where everything on the menu is handcrafted from scratch! On the Menu: Churros that are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, coated in warm sweet spice, and dunked in chocolate sauce. Handcrafted corn tortillas that are naturally gluten free, guacamole, taco meat made with homemade taco seasoning, and delicious refried beans. Tuition includes an electronic packet of recipes. Participants will receive Zoom instructions via email prior to class. NOTE:One registration fee for this virtual class can include immediate family members living in the same home only. For primary caregivers of children ages birth through age eight. Learning Objectives of the Program: Understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read the emotional needs Support your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions Enhance the development of your child's self esteem Honor your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure

Your child can celebrate winter by decorating Winter Holiday- themed cookies. Participants will be using their choice of fondant or frosting and will bring home some beautifully decorated cookies after class. A fun class activity is planned while the cookies are drying. Enter door 1.

Come for a light supper at Zaffiro's Pizza in Waite Park. The night includes a movie at the Marcus Parkwood Cinema attached to the restaurant. Pickup will be at the theater following the movie. Tuition includes movie admission. Bring to class (optional): spending money for your meal and snacks for the movie.

For parents and children 3 years to kindergarten entry age. Classes include parent-child playtime, time for parents to observe their young children playing in an early childhood learning center, and time to discuss parenting concerns with other parents and a teacher. Child guidance and parent support are provided by teachers licensed in early childhood and parent education. This class will separate to a parent education room for parent discussion.
