This full-body workout encompasses kicking, punching and blocking that focuses on developing strength, balance, stability and flexibility. This class is open to men and women and is for beginner or advanced students as well as athletes looking to improve conditioning of the upper, lower body and core. Welcome to wrestling - the oldest sport in the world! Wrestling is a form of exercise that helps develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination, motor planning and confidence. We are committed to teaching the sport of wrestling to all boys and girls in the St. Cloud area. Enter door 2 (Tech Activities Door).**November 20th will be information, singlet handout, and registration night. Please bring a check for uniform deposit. A Trip to the Casino
Trips
Enjoy an outing with friends at Grand Casino Mille Lacs. Don’t forget your good luck charms! Meet at North Junior High School for group transportation to the casino. There is limited seating on the bus for wheelchairs. Must be at least 18-years old to register for this class. Tuition includes transportation. Bring to class: money for gambling and food. This five-hour virtual seminar enables your learner to prepare for the ACT college admission test. Your child will gain valuable insight into the ACT through a close examination of each type of question. This virtual seminar will teach strategies necessary for answering specific question types and general test-taking tips. It also provides suggestions for post seminar test preparation. Your student will receive 24 practice tests, divided into 20-minute workouts, written to ACT specifications, as well as a detailed preparation study guide. Participant will have access to the seminar for 6 months. Links with access codes will be provided after registration by Doorway to College/ZAPS. Printed materials will be mailed as well. NOTE: If your student is in 11th or 12th grade and attends Tech, Apollo, or McKinley as a District 742 student, please call 320-370-8200 to register for an adjusted rate sponsored by GetReady and the State of Minnesota.

Adult & Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid
Wellness
The American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid program helps you recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, automated external defibrillator (AED), breathing and first aid emergencies in adults, children and infants. This program will teach you the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. Upon successful completion, you'll receive an American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid certification card that is valid for two years. Enter door 1.

These small group lessons are designed to give any participant the semi-individualized attention necessary in order to improve or master water comfort or swimming skills. Together, the instructor and participants determine the goals for the session and the curriculum is customized in order to meet those goals. Women's session open to women only. American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Course
Aquatics
American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Provides entry-level participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over. Enter door 2. Prerequisites: Must be 15 years old; Swim 300 yards continuously; Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs; Complete a timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds by starting in the water, swimming 20 yards, surface dive to a depth of 7 to 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object, return to the surface and swim 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point, exit the water without using steps or a ladder. Participants who successfully complete the Lifeguarding course receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED, valid for 2 years. Come prepared to swim. Basketball at St. Cloud State University

Go Huskies! Cheer on the St. Cloud State University Husky Men's Basketball team as they take on Northern State. Meet at SCSU Halenbeck Hall at the top northwest entrance. Staff accompanying participants must sign up for Assistant Fee Course. Participants should be picked up at the same location immediately following the game. Tuition includes admission.
