The book for this class can be found online in paperback, audio book or Kindle purchased at your own expense. Reading along with this class is encouraged but not required. Topics from the book include handling emotions, cooperation, resolving conflicts, praise and appreciation and more. Join us to discuss common toddler topics with a Licensed Early Childhood Educator. We will look through the lens of a toddler to understand how they see the world. The book covers common toddler topics such as punishment, cooperation, boundaries, tantrums and more. It provides practical and indispensable tools. The author, Janet Lansbury, is a parenting expert who practices respectful parenting. Each week the group will pick one chapter to discuss based on the groups interest. Plan to read a chapter week by week, each chapter is a very quick read. Pre-reading of a chapter is encouraged but not required. Access to the class group on a private media platform, Parentopia, will also be created and included to stay connected outside of the class time to support each other.
