This full-body workout encompasses kicking, punching and blocking that focuses on developing strength, balance, stability and flexibility. This class is open to men and women and is for beginner or advanced students as well as athletes looking to improve conditioning of the upper, lower body and core. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and supportive shoes.

Steve is the newsletter editor and former board member of the Minnesota Maple Syrup Producers Association and is one of the judges of the maple syrup competition at the Minnesota State Fair.
