Flow + Restore Yoga
You'll enjoy a flow class with a moderate pace and intensity with a focus on connecting breath with movement. The teachers prepare a sequence of postures that include a mix of stability, balance and mobility, linked with functional transitions and breath. There will be at least 10 minutes dedicated to meditation time (not including savasana), using various meditation techniques such as guided, visualization, or silent seated meditation with a slow, flowing sequence in the ambience of candlelight. Open to all levels of experience. Bring to class: yoga mat and water.

Code Championship Tournament Series: Virtual Computer Coding Competition (Grades 3-9)
Special Interest
Build a computer bot to play head-to-head against other coders! Whether this is your first Code Championship event, or if you've been competing for years, this is the perfect way to explore the competitive coding world of Code Championship. No previous coding experience necessary. The Code Championship Series is a series of four tournaments in four weeks (it's ok to miss one or two). These tournaments will be hosted online using Google Meet and the Code Championship website. If you have a modern browser like Chrome or Firefox, no additional download is required. Players must be able to navigate the internet: basic typing and mouse control. The link to the Google Meet event will be emailed two days before the tournament.

Extreme Coding: AI & ChatGPT (grades 4-8)
Special Interest
Dive into more advanced computer science topics, including artificial intelligence, and machine learning. You’ll learn how to code your very own "Choose Your Own Adventure" game using the power of Python and ChatGPT API libraries. Additional Technical Requirement: Visual Studio Code, PC Needed (Windows or MacBook), will not work on Chromebook, tablets, or phones.

Your child can create candy and play some games using fidgets! In this interactive class, we’ll be playing games, dancing, listening/making music and much more using fidgets. Each participant will bring home several fidgets of choice with the opportunity to play games and win prizes along the way. Enter door 1.

Mathnasium is known for making math fun and easy! Students are invited in for an afternoon of learning and fun where they will practice skills individually, utilizing the Mathnasium Methodologies, and play a variety of math games and activities.

Growing Native Plants by Seed (Age 3 & Up with Adult)
Special Interest
NEW! If you love planting and providing habitat for wildlife, this is the class for you! Learn how to plant your own wildflowers or other native plants by seed and grow them yourself. Natives come in a wide variety and are easy to incorporate into your landscaping. They also attract pollinators and require minimal maintenance! All containers for planting and seeds will be provided. Enter door 1.

Guitar, Bass Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin, or Ukulele-Beginner, Intermediate or Beyond (Ages 6-17)
Special Interest
Is your child interested in music? Professional virtual instruction is being offered by Steve Cekalla's Guitar and Music School. This class offers a unique and fun approach for starters, but with the ability to teach styles, theory, and techniques to those with instrument experience. A stable internet connection, some internet savvy (ex. ability to screenshot/print screen), and access to a working printer is helpful. Participants should have their own instrument, but a limited amount of guitars are available. Please check before registering for availability. This Community Education package is for three virtual 30-minute group lessons. Only one lesson package per student. Your child's sessions will be scheduled in the month you registered for. Contact information will be given at the time of registration.

Horse Day Camp (Ages 6-17)
Special Interest
Kids will learn what it's like to have a horse for a day! Campers get to ride in the indoor and/or outdoor arenas for 40min-50min (no trails), practice how to steer, stop, turn, and walk on their own. Participants may have the opportunity to make horse treats, do a craft, and play games. And don't forget the time to meet and care for the horses, which is a big part of ownership! Campers are broken into smaller groups based on similar riding experience and age, which is perfect for both new and more experienced riders! Camps are held rain or shine. Proper attire includes sneakers or boots (closed toe with a heel), long pants and layers, depending on weather. ASTM/SEI certified helmets provided and required to be worn. Signed waiver forms are required and the link will be emailed to participants once they have registered for the camp. Bring to class: sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, nut-free snack and lunch. Camp is located in Anoka, MN.

Introduction To International Chess (ages 5-12)

Chess is a complete brain workout that embodies elements of art, science and sport. Beginner and intermediate players will expand their skills, develop strategy, improve pattern recognition and even relieve some stress. This introductory course is designed to jump start children with a desire to learn and improve at the greatest strategy game on earth. Participants are encouraged to bring their own chess sets and a notebook. About the Instructor: Mr. Long Chen has placed in the top three in chess tournaments in Laredo, TX; St. Cloud, MN; and Berlin, Germany since age nine. He has a Lichess rating of 2100+ in both Blitz and Rapid formats.

Mug Decorating for Salt-Spreading (Age 3 & Up with Adult)

NEW! What’s the best way to spread salt on ice? With a coffee mug, of course! With winter weather rapidly approaching, it’s never too early to start thinking about salt application. Did you know that a standard coffee mug of salt is enough to melt the ice on a 20-foot driveway to 10 sidewalk squares? In this class, decorate your own coffee mug to take home and use for spreading salt. All supplies will be included. Enter door 1.

My Little Horse Camp (Ages 2-5 with Caregiver)
Special Interest
Campers will get to ride a real horse in an arena, meet several different horses at Boulder Pointe and learn how to groom the horses...all with a focus on safety! In addition, students will do an art project and have an opportunity to make horse treats to feed their new friends. Stations are split into 15-minute intervals to keep everyone engaged. Parents have the opportunity to lead their child on the horse and take photographs as they go. Camps are held rain or shine. There is an outdoor and indoor arena. Proper attire includes sneakers or boots (closed toe with a heel), long pants and layers, depending on weather. ASTM/SEI certified helmets provided and required to be worn. This 2-hour camp is designed for parent/guardian participation. Parent/Guardian is expected to remain with their child during the entire duration of the camp. Signed waiver forms are required and the link will be emailed to participants once they have registered for the camp. Bring to class: sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle and a nut-free snack. Camp is located in Anoka, MN.

We'll also spend time practicing storytelling and film production techniques.
