Flow + Restore Yoga
You'll enjoy a flow class with a moderate pace and intensity with a focus on connecting breath with movement. The teachers prepare a sequence of postures that include a mix of stability, balance and mobility, linked with functional transitions and breath. There will be at least 10 minutes dedicated to meditation time (not including savasana), using various meditation techniques such as guided, visualization, or silent seated meditation with a slow, flowing sequence in the ambience of candlelight. Open to all levels of experience. Bring to class: yoga mat and water.

Through a mile long guided walking tour, you will dig into the history of Lake George and its water quality improvements over the years, what's being done to protect it, and why stormwater management is so critical. We'll cover everything from the City's alum treatments to the purpose of the little "Swan Pond" next to the lake. Tour will begin at the NE parking lot of Lake George and end at Beaver Island Brewery. Registration includes a catered meal and beverage option.
