Flow + Restore Yoga
NEW! You'll enjoy a flow class with a moderate pace and intensity with a focus on connecting breath with movement. The teachers prepare a sequence of postures that include a mix of stability, balance and mobility, linked with functional transitions and breath. There will be at least 10 minutes dedicated to meditation time (not including savasana), using various meditation techniques such as guided, visualization, or silent seated meditation with a slow, flowing sequence in the ambience of candlelight. Open to all levels of experience. Bring to class: yoga mat and water.

Beginner Roller Skating Lessons at the Skatin' Place (Ages 5 & Up)
The St. Cloud Skatin' Place is offering roller skating lessons for ages 5 and up! Your child will have fun while learning how to skate. In this 4-week program we will go over the correct form, breaking, and skating forwards. Lessons are intended for first timers. Skate rental not included in fee.

Fencing: Beginner and Beyond (Ages 5 & Up)
Fencing is a fun and intense sport that teaches speed, quick reactions, accuracy of movement and excellent coordination. More than a game, fencing can help you develop self-discipline and coordination of the mind and body. In this beginner class, you will learn natural body movements to create simple and effective self-protection techniques with the sword including attacking, defense, and timing among other tactics. All equipment is provided (mask, jacket, glove and weapon). Wear comfortable clothing such as long sweat pants and running shoes. Enter door 1.

Stepping Into Success-Step Dancing (ages 12-18)
NEW! Stepping, or Step-Dancing, is a form of percussive dance in the African American culture. Your child will learn how to use their entire body as an instrument to produce complex rhythms and sounds through a mixture of footsteps, spoken word, and hand claps. Stepping Into Success class is designed to uplift and encourage 12-18 year old teenagers to move their bodies in a fun/different way through creative routines and affirmations. This program can build confidence while promoting positivity by connecting all ethnicities and backgrounds to break barriers by "stepping away" forms of negativity. Enter door 5.

Tiny Tots Karate (Ages 6-10)
Soo Bahk Do is traditional Korean martial arts. This class is for beginners with little or no experience. Your child will learn basic blocking, striking and kicking, as well as balance, coordination and focus. This class emphasizes mind and body coordination with a theme of making good choices. Loose clothing is recommended. No shoes or socks should be worn. Karate uniforms are available, but not required. About the instructor: Bill Nelson holds an 8th Degree Black belt.
