This full-body workout encompasses kicking, punching and blocking that focuses on developing strength, balance, stability and flexibility. This class is open to men and women and is for beginner or advanced students as well as athletes looking to improve conditioning of the upper, lower body and core. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and supportive shoes.

Welcome to wrestling - the oldest sport in the world! Wrestling is a form of exercise that helps develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination, motor planning and confidence. We are committed to teaching the sport of wrestling to all boys and girls in the St. Cloud area. Enter door 2 (Tech Activities Door).**November 20th will be information, singlet handout, and registration night. Please bring a check for uniform deposit. The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy: An In Depth Analysis
Life
NEW! Are you interested in learning more about history? With this year marking the 60th anniversary of the tragic assassination of President John F. Kennedy, this class examines the discrepancies between the Warren Commission (that investigated the assassination for ten months and published their findings in September 1964) along with the conclusions reached by the United States House of Representatives that investigated the assassination for thirty-one months and published their report in March 1979. You'll develop broader perspective regarding many of the controversies surrounding the assassination of President Kennedy with time for discussion and questions at the end of each class. About the instructor: David Yorks is a retired Minnesota small business owner with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in American History. He has a fifty-five-year interest in the Kennedy presidency and has attended national conferences regarding the assassination. He has met with witnesses of the assassination and doctors who attended the President on 11/22/63.

This course examines the core claims of major monotheistic religions through the lens of analytic philosophy. Among the questions we will consider: What is meant by the term "God?" Are there strong rational grounds for belief in the existence of God? If God exists, why is there so much suffering in the world? Is eternal life possible or even desirable? What are we to make of the varieties of religious experience? If religion is a force for good in the world, why has it engendered so much pain, death, and destruction? What might religion teach us about human nature?

Youth Vaping: What Parents and Caregivers Need to Know

NEW! Parents and community members are invited to join us for information, resources, and approaches to prevent youth vaping. This will include how to talk to your child about the dangers of vaping and steps to support your teen to quit. This class is ideal for those caring for youth in grades 3-12. Attendees will receive a certificate that can be submitted for one Continuing Education Unit for a variety of board certifications.
