High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods to burn calories, build strength, and increase endurance. Get ready to sweat in this challenging 45-minute workout. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are provided. Bring to class: mat, water bottle, and hand weights. Enter door 1.
