Flow + Restore Yoga
NEW! You'll enjoy a flow class with a moderate pace and intensity with a focus on connecting breath with movement. The teachers prepare a sequence of postures that include a mix of stability, balance and mobility, linked with functional transitions and breath. There will be at least 10 minutes dedicated to meditation time (not including savasana), using various meditation techniques such as guided, visualization, or silent seated meditation with a slow, flowing sequence in the ambience of candlelight. Empower your child to embark on their unique learning journey through exploration, adventure, creation, design, and engineering this summer at HIKEhoppers’ Park Play Week-long Camp. This camp includes daily exploratory learning and team-building activities, art creations, building & construction projects, and guided team hikes. Registration is limited as hand tools will be used under the direct supervision of adults.

Introduction to BMX Racing: Community Education Nights (Ages 5-12 with Caregiver)

Community Education nights are great opportunities for anyone who’s never tried BMX the chance to get on a bike and try it out for FREE! Our certified and experienced coaches can help your riders get comfortable with the sport and learn some of the fundamentals necessary to gain confidence on the track. Bikes and helmets are available for anyone who may need one. Check out one of the many opportunities to try BMX, FREE!

Junior Golf Clinic - Intro to Golf (Ages 5-13)
Recreation
Has your child expressed an interest in golf? This clinic will allow them to expand and improve that interest. Day one: grip & stance, putting, golf etiquette, chipping. Day two: putting and chipping review, club selection, full swing technique and skill challenges. Day three: review, skill challenges, basic rules and course play time. Day four: course play time. All skills are taught by demonstration, repetition and skill challenges. This clinic is a simple introduction to the skills of golf. Your child’s own equipment is suggested, but some clubs can be provided with prior notice. Clubs cannot be shared. Call Angushire Golf Club by June 1st for questions regarding proper club fitting at 320-251-9619. Let the fun begin!

St. Cloud Jr. Tennis

Welcome to St. Cloud Jr. Tennis! This program includes three youth levels addressing skill development at each level. Levels 1-3 are introductory to beginning levels. In level one (ages 7-8) students work on athletic skills, motor skills, tennis skills, and the ability to rally with another player. Level two (ages 9-10) includes students working on athletic skills, tennis skills, rally skills, and will apply skills in a game situation when ready. In level three (ages 11 & up) the participants will rally and work on strategies including the use of forehand, backhand, volley, and serve with actual game play involved. Monday evening classes are combined levels 1/2, and 2/3. (Racquets available or bring your own).

Tech Summer Youth Football Camp (Entering Grades 3-8)

TECH TIGER SUMMER FOOTBALL CAMP (entering grades 3-8) Play football, have fun! Your child will enjoy expert coaching from our experienced staff and players. Surprise special guests will join us each night of camp. Campers will be drilled daily on basic ball skills, take-away skills and pursuit fundamentals. Players will develop position specific skills and techniques through competitive drills, contests and passing scrimmages. Our 4-day camp is non-contact with an emphasis on safety, fun and learning to play football like a Tech Tiger. A t-shirt will be provided. (please indicate YOUTH S, M, L or ADULT S, M, L, XL, XXL). All Tiger Youth Football and South Jr. High Football players are encouraged to participate in this camp. Tech Tiger Summer Youth Volleyball Camp for Boys & Girls (grades 3-9)

Calling all boys and girls interested in volleyball! Join us as Tech Volleyball presents Team Tiger Camp! In this fundamental focused camp, players will work on fine tuning their skills in a positive, high-energy environment. Players will work in small groups on skills, drills and game situations to hone their skills in preparation for their next volleyball season. Enter door 2.

Tech Tiger Youth Flag Football (Entering Grades K-4)

This program is an engaging introduction to the TRADITION of St. Cloud Tech Tiger Football. Your Tech Football Player will spend time each session working on basic ball skills, take-away skills and pursuit fundamentals. Each session will conclude with players dividing into groups (K-2 and 3-4) for team games like 7 on 7 Flag Football and Tiger Ball. A t-shirt will be provided (please indicate YOUTH S, M, L or ADULT S, M, L, XL, XXL). Tech High School coaches and players will be leading the instruction and coaching the teams. All future Tiger Football Players are encouraged to participate. Tiger Summer Basketball Camp presented by Coach Don Ferguson for Boys & Girls (Grades 3-8)

Each session will focus on ball handling, shooting, finishing at the basket, and reading defenses. Participants will also be engaged in 1-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-3 competitive activities. Watch your child's skills soar with player development. Players participating should have had experience playing either in the rec. leagues or traveling programs. Each camper will receive a t-shirt! Tiger Youth Tackle Football (Entering Grades 5 & 6)

Come join the Tech Football Family! This is a padded, full contact football league offered to students at Clearview, Lincoln, Oak Hill, Talahi and South Junior High Schools who will be entering the 5th and 6th grades for the 2024-25 school year. Practices are held twice a week in the evenings and games are played on Saturday mornings. The season starts in late August and runs through mid October. There are approximately 15-20 players per team. Students will learn the Tech Tiger fundamentals of blocking and tackling, develop both ball skills and take-away skills, and learn the offensive and defensive schemes and techniques used at Tech. Sportsmanship and teamwork will beemphasized throughout. 6th graders attending South Jr. High should sign up for the school they attended as 5th graders. Pads and other equipment will be provided. An informational letter will go out to all registrants in mid August. A t-shirt will be provided (please indicateYOUTHS, M, L orADULTS, M, L, XL, XXL). League limit: 120. All future Tiger Football Players are encouraged to participate. Track & Field Camp (Entering Grades 4-7)

Run, Jump, and Throw! Learn and practice the many events of track and field. We will have 6 practices and compete in 3 meets with nearby communities (Sartell, ROCORI, St. Cloud Tech) and earn ribbons for your accomplishments! A t-shirt will be provided (please indicate Youth S, M, L, XL or Adult S). Cathedral Head Track & Field Coach Rick Fleege will be the lead instructor. Young Explorers Day Camp Series (Grades 5-8)

Your child can have fun making new friends while getting plenty of fresh air and experiencing the beautiful 2,900 acre campus of Saint John’s Prep at this explorer camp. Participants will enjoy adventure and age-appropriate discovery activities, guided by academic themes of arts, sciences, and cultural exploration. Each date is filled with fun group activities that exercise the body, challenge the mind and nurture the spirit of our youth. All sessions will include a snack, lunch, and camp t-shirt. July 10th Focus on Sciences Kids will get their hands dirty while participating in an outdoor education program to improve their environmental literacy and emotional connectedness to the natural world. They will learn how to sweepnet for insects in the prairie and do some pond dipping for aquatic invertebrates in Lake Sagatagan. July 17th Focus on the Arts This session will consist of an introduction to theatre as we spend the morning making new friends, engaging in storytelling activities, and working together to develop and perform original mini-plays. We will then venture "behind the scenes" with a backstage tour of Saint John's Prep theatre spaces. All skill levels welcome! July 24th Focus on Cultural Exploration The first block will be an introduction to cultures around the world, and students will participate in cultural activities! Following this session, students will head over to the kitchen where they will learn basic cooking skills and prepare lunch together. Lunch will also include a traditional food item.
