Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
If you are looking for a unique experience on the water then Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is for you. Whether you do some easy stretching, breathing exercises, or take on a challenging vinyasa flow, everyone will enjoy this class. Be prepared to challenge yourself and maybe even get wet! All participants must sign a waiver and be over 18 years. No lifeguard will be present. All equipment will be supplied by Clear Waters Outfitting. Meet at the Warner Lake boat launch.

Participants learn ways to improve efficiency for strokes learned in Swim classes 1-4 while learning new skills. Introduction to Line Dancing
Wellness
Join professional dance instructor Jeff Ringer for a fun and energetic line dancing class that will leave you ready to hit the floor. Classes will feature a mix of the old time favorites and some fresh contemporary routines. Featured songs will be No Shirt No Shoes No Problem, Electric Slide, Samba Line Dance, Fireball, Wagon Wheel, Rita's Waltz. Participants may sign up solo or with a friend. No experience necessary. Discover the fascinating game of American Mah Jongg, a tile-based game with rich history dating back to ancient China. In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn the history and fundamentals of the game, including an overview of the tiles, how to read and understand the NMJL card, and the rules of play. Whether you’re new to Mah Jongg or looking to refine your game, this course will be a fun and engaging way to learn and get connected with other players in the community. Introduction to Shoulder & Foot Massage

This hands-on class provides the opportunity for partners or close friends to learn basic techniques and experience some of the benefits of massage. Physician’s approval is requested if you have an upper back or neck injury. As this class involves learning massage techniques through hands-on practice, participants must sign up with a close friend or partner. Both participants must be registered. Please dress in comfortable clothes. Enter door 1.

Jumpstart Your College Essay! (Grades 11 & 12)
Special Interest
Calling all rising seniors! Kickstart your college application process with this hands-on College Essay writing session. In this 2-hour timeframe, you'll gain expert guidance on brainstorming, structuring, and writing a standout college essay. Bring to class: A device to draft essay. Paper provided if no access to device. Participants will discover what admissions officers are looking for, learn strategies to craft a compelling personal story, receive personalized feedback to strengthen your writing, and walk away having brainstormed, drafted, and created a clear plan for next steps. Bonus: Each participant will receive a 30-minute virtual follow-up session for additional guidance or questions. Led by Lindsay Kehl, an experienced college counselor with over 19 years of guiding students through the college application process, this workshop is designed to reduce stress and help you feel confident about your essay. Junior Crush Summer Softball Pitching Camp (Entering Grades 3-5)
Recreation
Open to girls in grades 3–5, this camp focuses on building strong pitching fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment. Players will learn proper mechanics, grip, and control through age-appropriate drills and hands-on instruction from Crush coaches. Bring to class: glove, water bottle, and a catcher if possible. There are gloves available to use if your child does not have their own. Meet at Tech Varsity softball field. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your singing skills at this interactive class. We will have a microphone, speaker, and a laptop set up, so come with some songs in mind you want to sing to! Dancing shoes are optional. Afterward, singers will enjoy a root beer float. Enter door 1.

This is a beginner session that offers basic kayaking instruction to help participants learn and develop new skills while gaining confidence on the water. Class will begin at Clear Waters Outfitting before moving to the calm and scenic Warner Lake that is perfect for beginners. All participants must sign a waiver and children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 need waiver signed by parent. No lifeguard will be present. All equipment will be supplied by Clear Waters Outfitting.

Kid Martial Arts (Ages 7-10)

This introductory martial arts class teaches young students focus, balance, coordination, and respect through the traditional Korean art of Soo Bahk Do. Students learn basic stances, kicks, blocks, and self-control in a positive, structured, and fun environment. The class emphasizes teamwork, confidence-building, and following directions while developing early physical and social skills. No prior experience required. Loose clothing is recommended (no shoes or socks should be worn).

KinderCamp is an opportunity for students about to start kindergarten to try some kindergarten activities and to learn school routines prior to starting kindergarten. Students will experience a variety of literacy and math readiness activities as well as art and music. Students will also learn about the lunchroom, playground, and library. The goal of KinderCamp is to reduce student and parent anxiety about kindergarten by giving a preview of a typical kindergarten day. *PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST ENROLL IN THE KINDERCAMP IN THE BUILDING YOUR CHILD IS ENROLLED TO ATTEND IN THE FALL*

Knitting for Beginners: Remembrance Poppy

NEW! Create a meaningful handmade piece of art while learning the foundations of knitting. Participants will be guided through the essential techniques like casting on, knit stitches, purl, and shaping, as they create a beautiful red remembrance poppy. This project can be completed during class and is a great introduction to knitting and building skills while making something special and meaningful. All materials are provided for use during class. Beginners or those with previous experience who want to brush up their skills are welcome. Enter door 1.

Korean Street Food: Chicken Bulgogi Bibimbap
Food
NEW! Homestyle Korean cuisine often features healthy vegetables and delicious harmonized sauces. In this online cook-along class, participants will prepare a flavorful chicken bulgogi bibimbap rice bowl accompanied by seasoned spinach and refreshing cucumber salad all brought together with a delicious house sauce and side of kimchi. The meal concludes with a a spiced peach dessert as well. Participants will receive a list of ingredients and the full recipe five days prior to class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation.

Little Panda Intro to Kung Fu (Ages 5-15)

Empower your child with confidence, respect, self-discipline, and safety through our community Kung Fu program. This introductory course not only enhances physical health and coordination but also immerses kids in the enriching world of Chinese culture and education. Children who participate in this program will experience positive transformation. Founded by Master Dee Ma in 2006, our school stands as central Minnesota’s exclusive source for authentic Kung Fu training. Master Ma, a graduate from Beijing Sports University, brings expertise of nine years of intensive Kung Fu training as a professional athlete and a certified national first-class Kung Fu referee.
