NEW! Are you looking for a place to play Mah Jongg and connect with others who love the game? We're working to grow a local Mah Jongg community to offer additional open play opportunities. If you're interested, sign up to be added to our Mah Jongg email list. We'll keep you informed about upcoming open play times across our facilities and help connect you with others so you can coordinate when to attend. Whether you're a recent class participant or an experienced player looking for a group, we’d love to have you join! Mah Jongg open play will cost $4 a session or $60 for 20-punches.

Enjoy a night of socializing with friends while playing games! This class also provides a fun opportunity to practice skills you can use in daily life including math and money management, taking turns, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Adult & Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid (Ages 11+)
Health & Fitness
The American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid program helps you recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, automated external defibrillator (AED), breathing and first aid emergencies in adults, children and infants. This program will teach you the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. Upon successful completion, you'll receive an American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid certification card that is valid for two years. The certification will be emailed within a few days after completion. This class is suitable for participants as young as 11 years of age that have the strength to compress a CPR manikin two inches. Beginner Roller Skating Lessons at the Skatin' Place (Ages 5 & Up)
Health & Fitness
Your child can have fun with friends while learning how to roller skate at the St. Cloud Skatin' Place. In this active, introductory 4-week program, participants will learn the correct form, breaking, and skating forwards. Lessons are intended for first timers. Bring to class: your own pair of roller skates or rent skates for an additional charge (bring cash or credit card) of $5/pair (tax included).

Boxing & Kickboxing for Youth (Ages 7-14)
Health & Fitness
Your child will learn two skills at once with fitness kickboxing & boxing combined. This class is open to boys and girls of all skill levels from recreational, fitness, self-defense, as well as competitive. Participants will learn basic boxing/striking skills, proper kicking techniques, participate in conditioning drills, and also learning how to defend themselves. The skills taught can serve as a base for hand-eye coordination, footwork, and focus to use in other sports.

Karate for Girls (Ages 6-10)

Girls are introduced to the aspects of Okinawa Karate in this 'hands on' course. You'll study the basics of punching, kicking, and striking with drills for balance, stability and body strength. You'll also learn how the bones of the body work and gain understanding about life principles such as self-discipline, awareness of your surroundings, appreciation of group gathering and courtesy. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and practice is done barefoot.

Kid Martial Arts (Ages 5-9)

This introductory martial arts class teaches young students focus, balance, coordination, and respect through the traditional Korean art of Soo Bahk Do. Students learn basic stances, kicks, blocks, and self-control in a positive, structured, and fun environment. The class emphasizes teamwork, confidence-building, and following directions while developing early physical and social skills. No prior experience required. Loose clothing is recommended (no shoes or socks should be worn). This Community Education session includes one class per participant.

Little Panda Intro to Kung Fu (Ages 5 & up)

Empower your child with confidence, respect, self-discipline, and safety through our community Kung Fu program. This introductory course not only enhances physical health and coordination but also immerses kids in the enriching world of Chinese culture and education. Children who participate in this program will experience positive transformation. Founded by Master Dee Ma in 2006, our school stands as central Minnesota’s exclusive source for authentic Kung Fu training. Master Ma, a graduate from Beijing Sports University, brings expertise of nine years of intensive Kung Fu training as a professional athlete and a certified national first-class Kung Fu referee.

Youth, Teen, and Adult Martial Arts (Ages 10 & Up)

Build confidence, focus, and discipline through the traditional Korean martial art of Soo Bahk Do! Students develop coordination, flexibility, and strength while learning practical self-defense skills and the values of respect, discipline, and self-control. Training includes stances, blocks, strikes, and forms taught in a supportive, goal-oriented environment. Soo Bahk Do provides lifelong benefits—improving physical fitness, mindfulness, and personal growth for participants of all ages. Loose clothing is recommended (no shoes or socks should be worn). This Community Education session includes one class per participant.
