NEW! Are you looking for a place to play Mah Jongg and connect with others who love the game? We're working to grow a local Mah Jongg community to offer additional open play opportunities. If you're interested, sign up to be added to our Mah Jongg email list. We'll keep you informed about upcoming open play times across our facilities and help connect you with others so you can coordinate when to attend. Whether you're a recent class participant or an experienced player looking for a group, we’d love to have you join! Mah Jongg open play will cost $4 a session or $60 for 20-punches.

NEW! Dungeons & Dragons is a fantasy tabletop role-playing game that has shaped popular culture for over 50 years! Finally come be a part of this phenomenon and explore the exciting world of Granite Crossing, a unique setting crafted by our seasoned Game Master herself. Designed for beginners, these sessions will focus on the fundamentals of Dungeons & Dragons, 5th Edition. Players are encouraged to embody the spirit of heroes, fostering an environment of good sportsmanship and positivity. All players will leave with a set of dice and dice bag. About the instructor: Dawn Marinaro is a board game professional and a seasoned Game Master with over 20 years of experience in teaching new players the art of role-playing games. February 21: participants will choose from pre-made characters and get straight into the action. March 21: participants will have the opportunity to create their own characters if desired before heading out on their journey. NEW! Blackout poetry is a form of found poetry created by selecting meaningful words from a book page and then blacking out the surrounding words to “find” a new poem. We will create black out poems and use the rest of our page to create art to enhance the new poem. This form of writing is very exciting and improvisational as the poem begins appear and take form. Cricut Crafting For Beginners

NEW! Cricut is an electronic cutting machine used to personalize and create crafts from materials like paper, vinyl, and fabric. With over six years of Cricut experience, instructor Sheri Layne-Laramie will guide participants through its many creative applications and help everyone gain confidence using the Cricut's free Design Space software. In the final class, participants will enjoy hands-on practice with a Cricut machine, and create a small personalized project to take home. Participants should bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with Designspace installed. Enter door 1.

In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn the history and fundamentals of the game, including an overview of the tiles, how to read and understand the NMJL card, and the rules of play. Barn quilts tell stories of families, farms, historical events, and communities, and painting them has become a popular and rewarding artistic experience. Instructor Cynthia Buchholz will guide you through the process from start to finish to create a barn quilt that represents your creativity. With a weather proof 2' x 2' aluminum composite panel, over 60 high quality paints and all other materials provided, you will leave with your own masterpiece ready to hang and be admired at your home, outbuilding, or business.
