That's right, this class is stand up paddle boarding PLUS yoga! Although it seems like a wild combination this class is perfect for all skill levels looking for a unique experience on the water. Whether you do some easy stretching and breathing exercises or take on a challenging vinyasa flow, everyone will benefit in this class. Some may even enjoy a "fallasana pose," also known as "falling into the water pose" - and that is part of the fun! Come have a great time trying something new while stretching and exercising. Minimum age requirement is 18 years. No lifeguard will be present. All equipment is supplied by Clear Waters Outfitting. Please list life jacket size when registering.
