Tiny Tots Karate (Ages 6-10)
Health & Fitness
Soo Bahk Do is traditional Korean martial arts. This class is for beginners with little or no experience. Your child will learn basic blocking, striking and kicking, as well as balance, coordination and focus. This class emphasizes mind and body coordination with a theme of making good choices. Loose clothing is recommended. No shoes or socks should be worn. Karate uniforms are available, but not required. Community Education offer valid for one class per participant. About the instructor: Bill Nelson holds an 8th Degree Black belt.

This class incorporates a mix of three types of dance using high-energy music while encouraging self-expression and creativity. Students learn choreography to multiple dances throughout the season. Opportunity to participate in our spring recital.

Students learn choreography and various dance elements. Our version of hip hop/jazz dance is extremely tasteful, our priority is offering age-appropriate material in a fun way! Opportunity to participate in our Spring Recital. Enter door 1.

Toddler Time (Ages 2-3 Years)
Aquatics
Designed to orient your toddler (accompanied by parent) to better prepare them for preschool swim lessons. Toddlers will learn to ease the transition from parent to instructor and become more comfortable with their skills and surroundings. Skills we will start focusing on are: safety, kicking, paddle, floats, and underwater exploration. This class provides a bonding experience for parents and their children. Class limit: 12. Just For Fun
Join friends for a fun Valentine-themed evening of bowling. You’ll receive a Valentine heart card marked with bowling terms. Bowlers cross off four bowling terms in a row to mend the broken heart and win a prize! Tuition includes two games of bowling, rental shoes, and prizes.

Let’s DANCE! Invite a special Valentine friend to register with you and enjoy an evening of music, fun, and dancing. Dance music provided by our favorite DJ. Pre-registration is preferred. Virtual Reality Coding (Grades 3-7)
Special Interest
Design, develop, and create 3D Virtual Reality environments and characters to make your own 3D games and other virtual reality for kid’s projects on Metaverse's new platform Hatch. Hatch is an incredibly fun and stimulating way to learn STEM! Parents will send info on how to register for a Hatch VR account. VR programs can be viewed on most mobile phones, and VR Systems like oculus or google cardboard. You only need a laptop/computer to get started. Additional Technical Requirements: PC Needed (Windows or MacBook), will not work on Chromebook, tablets, or phones. To view VR, you must have phone-compatible VR glasses. But worlds can be viewed on normal PC/Phones/Tablets in 3D.

Invite family, friends, and co-workers to walk indoors at our various district facilities during any of our open gym hours. Please register for the walking program online at isd742.ce.eleyo.com or by calling 320-370-8200. After registering wristband will be available for pickup at Community Education, located at Quarryview Education Center. A wristband must be worn during walking session.
