Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
If you are looking for a unique experience on the water then Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is for you. Whether you do some easy stretching, breathing exercises, or take on a challenging vinyasa flow, everyone will enjoy this class. Be prepared to challenge yourself and maybe even get wet! All participants must sign a waiver and be over 18 years. No lifeguard will be present. All equipment will be supplied by Clear Waters Outfitting. Meet at the Warner Lake boat launch.

Apple Picking Bowling
Just For Fun
Participants will enjoy this exciting bowling game! Each player will be given a playing card that looks like an apple tree with different bowling scenarios printed on an apple (ex. gutter ball, 5 pins on 1st ball & spare, any split, etc.). Get four apples in a row to win a prize! Ask a friend to register too! Tuition includes 2 games of bowling, shoes and prizes.

BMX New Rider League (Ages 5 & Up)
Recreation
Rider Race league is an introduction to the rewarding sport of BMX. Included in the program is a full year membership for USA BMX allowing the rider to participate in any event at any track in the United States, four coached lessons with our experienced riders teaching the fundamentals of BMX racing, entry into five races, a custom BMX jersey with the riders name printed on the back, a Pineview Park BMX number plate for their bike and free rental of a BMX bike and helmet (if needed). The program is geared towards riders five years old and older who are proficient riding a pedal bike. For specific questions, contact Terry Schroeder at tschroeder39@gmail.com. This comprehensive, instructor-led class equips beginners and experienced paddlers alike with the essential skills needed for a safe and successful canoe trip Participants will actively practice: Trip planning and packing Proper canoe paddling techniques Cooking meals over a campfire and stove Setting up and breaking down a campsite Key wilderness safety practices—including wearing life jackets, handling emergencies, weather awareness, and Leave No Trace principles Wilderness navigation basics, such as map reading, compass use, and locating portages And much more! In a real-world environment, you'll build confidence and competence through direct hands-on experience. Whether you're planning your first Boundary Waters trip or refreshing your skills before heading out, this full-day course provides everything you need for secure, enjoyable wilderness travel.

Babysitting Clinic (Ages 10-14)
Special Interest
At this babysitting class, your child will learn how to keep other children safe, handle difficult behaviors, change diapers, feed a baby, and more. They'll also learn the basics of first aid and talk about how to handle emergency situations. Students will not be officially certified in CPR or First Aid with this class. Bring to class: a nut-free lunch and water bottle. About the instructor: Andria Kelley is a licensed Early Childhood and Special Education Teacher with experience teaching babysitting clinic for over 15 years. Enter door 1.

Banh Mi: From Baguette to Bite

NEW! In this online cooking class, you’ll learn to make Vietnam’s iconic sandwich, Banh Mi, a delicious fusion of French and Vietnamese culinary traditions. From scratch you will create crisp bakery-quality baguettes assembled with char sir chicken, colorful pickled vegetables, and zesty mayo spread. If you prefer to keep it simple you can bring your own favorite bakery baguettes and focus on the fillings and assembly. Participants will receive a list of ingredients five days prior to class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation. The full recipe will be sent out a few days after class.

Beginner & Intermediate Distance Running & Apollo Cross Country Practice (Grades 5-12)

This is a great way to learn about distance running and improve endurance in a fun, supportive environment. There will be opportunities for every level of runner, but no prior running experience is required. Practices will be in conjunction with the Apollo High School Cross Country Running team. Monday - Thursday: June 22-25, June 29-July 2 7:30am - 9:00am On Mondays and Wednesdays, we will start at Apollo High School. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, we will start at Wilson Park, and Fridays we will start at Apollo High School. Meet at door 11 @ Apollo. Sign-up Options (participant limit of 18 participants who need transportation) No transportation needed - FREE Transportation Tuesdays and Thursdays only (Apollo to Wilson Park) - $10 Full Transportation (Pick up/Drop off from Discovery, North, or YMCA) - $20

Finally come be a part of this phenomenon and explore the exciting world of Granite Crossing, a unique setting crafted by our seasoned Game Master herself. Designed for beginners and those with experience, these sessions will focus on the fundamentals of Dungeons & Dragons, 5th Edition. Players are encouraged to embody the spirit of heroes, fostering an environment of good sportsmanship and positivity. All players will leave with a set of dice and dice bag. The first night with feature character creation and coming together as a party before embarking on a larger plot line over subsequent evenings. Come ready for some epic adventures and the forging of unforgettable memories. Enter door 1. About the instructor: Dawn Marinaro is a board game professional and a seasoned Game Master with over 20 years of experience in teaching new players the art of role-playing games.

Beginner Pickleball Lessons

Come experience the fastest growing sport in the country and build your confidence and skills in this friendly, beginner focused environment. Beginner One sessions will teach players the rules, proper form and basic strategies of the game. Beginner Two sessions will help participants strengthen core skills, improve game knowledge and shot selection. In addition, participants will also learn about about the etiquette of 'open play' and have an opportunity to be connected to other beginners. Participants are welcome to bring their own paddles or use the paddles provided. Beginner One players are new to pickleball and have a minimal understanding of the game and no prior experience. Beginner Two players have a basic understanding of the rules and can maintain a short rally. About the Instructor: With a passion for teaching, Mary Kelsey taught Physical Education in the Rocori School District for 37 years. She has extensive experience in paddle sports having played in the original Women's Tennis League as well as the upper levels of Women's Racquetball. Since retirement she has transitioned to becoming an avid pickleball player and coach having taught the game to hundreds newcomers in the area.

Camp Candyland: Tippi Toes Dance Camp (ages 3-7 years)

Experience a dance camp filled with joyful movement, sweet imaginative games and a take-home craft! Dancers will explore rhythm and self-expression in a fun and encouraging environment. This camp blends ballet, tap and jazz-inspired choreography that is perfect for beginners. Featuring upbeat favorites Tippi Toes' Tippi's Land of Sweets album, dancers will build confidence, while learning new skills. This beginner session offers basic instruction and experience to help participants learn how to canoe and gain confidence on the water. Class will take place at the calm waters of Warner Lake that is perfect for beginners. You can sign up with a partner or be paired with another paddler. All participants must sign a waiver and children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 need waiver signed by parent. No lifeguard will be present. Chinese Immersion Camp (grades K-5)

The Chinese Immersion Program at Madison Elementary will offer a 3-day Chinese Immersion summer camp where students will engage in a variety of language and cultural activities, including Chinese language practice, music, art, dance, games, and martial arts. The camp focuses on helping students strengthen their Chinese skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing through fun, interactive experiences. Teachers will support beginners in developing basic conversational skills, while intermediate students will continue to expand their language skills through readings and engaging activities. Overall, the goal is for students to build confidence using Chinese and develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of Chinese culture. Enter Door 8.

Chunky Knit Blanket Workshop using a loom with Sistersloom (Ages 5 & Up)

NEW! Wrap yourself in comfort and creativity! Learn to create a stunning, soft chunky blanket without any prior knitting experience. In this hands-on workshop sisters Farrah and Orly, ages 15 and 12, we will to teach you to use large looms and jumbo chenille yarn to craft a cozy blanket. The loom method ensures consistent, tight stitches which is also faster to create than hand-knitting alone. You will take home a completed or nearly completed chunky blanket (depending on personal speed) and the knowledge to make more at home! All supplies and looms will be provided during class. Clay Camp at The Children's Art Studio with Claire Witt (ages 6-12)

Learn the basics of wheel throwing in this fun, hands-on pottery class for youth. Students will practice centering clay, shaping forms, and adding finishing touches to create unique pieces. We’ll also explore hand-building forms and make large functional bowls big enough for a popcorn party! Art is easy. Art is for everyone. All materials included.
