St. Cloud Crush Youth Wrestling
Step onto the mat and discover one of the toughest and most rewarding sports around! St. Cloud Crush Youth Wrestling is open to both BOYS AND GIRLS in grades PreK–6 and provides a fun, challenging environment to learn the fundamentals of wrestling including takedowns, positioning, footwork, and more, all while building strength, confidence, and discipline. No experience is necessary, just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Registration includes a program t-shirt and entry into a couple of paid area tournaments. T-shirt size options: YXS, YS, YM, YL, or AS, AM, AL, AXL, AXXL. Enter Athletics entrance (door 2).*Girls wrestling is the fastest growing sport in the country, and we are proud to welcome and encourage more young female athletes to get involved!Scholarships: All students are encouraged to participate in wrestling. At this driver improvement course, you’ll discuss challenges drivers face, new road designs, vehicle technology, and updates to current laws. There are no written or behind the wheel tests, and a certificate of completion will be provided at the end of class. Class is taught as a presentation from a certified instructor. Adult & Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid

The American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid program helps you recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, automated external defibrillator (AED), breathing and first aid emergencies in adults, children and infants. This program will teach you the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. Upon successful completion, you'll receive an American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid certification card that is valid for two years. The certification will be emailed within a few days after completion. Enter door 1.

Apple Pie From Scratch

NEW! Fall into the season with a homemade apple pie. In this fun interactive online class, you’ll learn a technique for making a pie crust and apple pie filling from scratch. We’ll then assemble a beautiful double-crusted apple pie that will leave your home smelling amazing. While the apple pie is baking, we’ll use the leftover crust to make hand pies and talk about how to storing them for Thanksgiving. Participants receive a list of ingredients 5 days prior to class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation.

Flow + Restore Yoga
Wellness
You'll enjoy a flow class with a moderate pace and intensity with a focus on connecting breath with movement. The teachers prepare a sequence of postures that include a mix of stability, balance and mobility, linked with functional transitions and breath. There will be at least 10 minutes dedicated to meditation time (not including savasana), using various meditation techniques such as guided, visualization, or silent seated meditation with a slow, flowing sequence in the ambience of candlelight. Open to all levels of experience. Bring to class: yoga mat and water.

Historical Tour and Tea at the Foley Mansion
Life
Step back in time with a guided tour of St. Cloud's historic Foley Mansion, a stunning Richardsonian home built in 1897–1898 by lumber and railroad baron Timothy Foley. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978, this beautiful Victorian home has risen from the ashes of a debilitating fire and has been returned to its original grandeur. Your guide will take you through the restoration of the home as well as the daily living of the family in the Victorian era. After the tour, enjoy a lovely cup of tea, coffee or cider, and a delicious German style dessert. Staring November 1, the mansion will be beautifully decorated for Christmas. Handicap accessible for walkers and wheelchairs with a ramp and elevator.
