NEW! Are you looking for a place to play Mah Jongg and connect with others who love the game? We're working to grow a local Mah Jongg community to offer additional open play opportunities. If you're interested, sign up to be added to our Mah Jongg email list. We'll keep you informed about upcoming open play times across our facilities and help connect you with others so you can coordinate when to attend. Whether you're a recent class participant or an experienced player looking for a group, we’d love to have you join! Mah Jongg open play will cost $4 a session or $60 for 20-punches.

The American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid program helps you recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, automated external defibrillator (AED), breathing and first aid emergencies in adults, children and infants. This program will teach you the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. Upon successful completion, you'll receive an American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid certification card that is valid for two years. The certification will be emailed within a few days after completion. Enter door 1.

B.A.S.E. Camp consists of a 10-minute warm up, 40 minutes of a fat burning, muscle toning, total body workout, and a 10-minute cool down. With energetic trainers and a fun group atmosphere, you will be inspired to keep coming back for more!

Being Balanced & Centered: Fall Prevention Techniques

Do you fear stumbling, tripping, slipping and falling? Join us for an introduction to understanding how your body should move. You'll learn body mechanics that will enhance your overall strength and centeredness used for everyday actions such as sitting down, getting up and walking. With this new awareness of body alignment and structure, you can repeat these motions throughout every day life. Wear loose comfortable clothing. We will practice barefoot or with socks that grip on a hardwood floor.

Bodies In Motion Presents Contemporary Line Dancing

Whether you're looking to try something new, get moving, or meet fun people, Bodies In Motion is a contemporary line dancing fitness class all about having fun, spreading positive vibes, building confidence, and connecting with others. You'll dance to all genres of music, learning new routines each week that builds on previous sessions. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to show some flair with a large clack fan or a cowboy/cowgirl hat! To add even more excitement throughout the season, participants can look forward to monthly themed nights celebrating Valentine's day (2/11), Tanika's Lucky Birthday Celebration (3/11), Spring Fling (4/15), and Almost Summer Bash (5/13). Flow + Restore Yoga With Shanti Yoga Center

You'll enjoy a flow class with a moderate pace and intensity with a focus on connecting breath with movement. The teachers prepare a sequence of postures that include a mix of stability, balance and mobility, linked with functional transitions and breath. There will be at least 10 minutes dedicated to meditation time (not including savasana), using various meditation techniques such as guided, visualization, or silent seated meditation with a slow, flowing sequence in the ambience of candlelight. Focusing on the six pilates principles we harmoniously build and strengthen the mind/body connection from the inside out. The room is heated to 95 degrees using infrared heat.

Introduction to Shoulder & Foot Massage

This hands-on class provides the opportunity for partners or close friends to learn basic techniques and experience some of the benefits of massage. Physician’s approval is requested if you have an upper back or neck injury. As this class involves learning massage techniques through hands-on practice, participants must sign up with a close friend or partner. Both participants must be registered. Introduction to Tai Chi Chuan

Learn the principles of body movement to improve your health, balance, and stamina through the Yang Cheng Fu system of T’ai Chi. This solo exercise can be done anywhere and offers multiple benefits including increased concentration, coordination, muscle flexibility, and strength, as well as improved circulation. Practicing T’ai Chi daily with its slow, gentle movements and deep breathing can reduce stress and lower blood pressure. The Wednesday AM session is provided for women. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and nonslip stockings or practice barefoot.
